RI-5IIB Semi-Automatic Stretch Blow Moulding Machine
RI-5 II B Stretch Blow molding Machine is suitable to produce d ifferent shapes of PET/PC/PE bottle. It can blow 100ml to 6000ml bottles and is widely used to produce Mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, medicine, cosmetic and oil bottles etc.
●The machine adopts revolving infrared pre-heat system. It ensures PET preforms be heated evenly
●The machine uses mechanlcal-double-arm mould clamping which ensures the mould be closed tightly even under high pressure and high temperature.
●The air system has been divided into two parts:pneumatic action part and bottle blow part to meet the different prcssure requirements for the action and bIow. It can provide sufficient and steady high pressure for blowing large irregular shaped bottles.
●The machine is also equipped with silencer and oiling system to lubricate the mechanical parts of the machine.
●The machine can be operated in the step-by-step mode and the semi-auto mode.
●Wide-mouth and hot-fill bottles can also be made.
